Why?
The respect and the safeguard of the environment are values of topicality as well for the population as for the companies.
It is one of the "pillars" of the sustainable development project at the federal level. On the other hand, in the framework of the Walloon decree on waste, companies must now integrate environmental management into their agenda. They They must therefore have environmental specialists to guide and advise them in this evolution. A University training, both technical and managerial, in the field of the environment has therefore become a necessity.
How?
Case analyses, site visits, role-playing games, student-teacher interactivity and external speakers make the training very concrete. In addition, a majority of the professors are professionally active in the environmental in the environmental field.
For whom ?
It is intended for :
- any employee of a company, organization or administration, with a technical or commercial background, who wishing to acquire the necessary knowledge to manage the environment;
- any person wishing to reorient their career in the environmental field.
Thus trained, they will be able to meet the requirements of regional, national and European policies.
They will then be the resource persons for environmental matters within their company or administration.
The candidate will:
- Hold a Belgian 2nd cycle diploma of any category ;
- or hold a bachelor's degree and demonstrate relevant professional or personal experience. In this case, access to the training program is subject to the submission of an admission file.
