Intrapreneurship & Management of Innovation Projects
Would you like to be immersed in a company from the last year of your Master's program, to manage a concrete innovation project "from A to Z"? This specialization allows you to do so!
You will be trained by following courses at HEC Liège but also by being immersed in a company, where you will have the opportunity to put your management training into practice through the concrete management of an innovation project.
Upon completion of the specialization, students will be able to:
- Manage a concrete strategic project in a company (as a young "project manager" or "junior consultant"):
- analysis of the stakes, cross-functional and multi-dimensional vision of the project, identification of solutions, implementation of the chosen solution, etc. ;
- mobilization of tools for diagnosing the context of the innovation project ;
- use project management and change management tools.
- Use "soft skills": initiative, strategic thinking, critical thinking, solution-finding, cross-disciplinary approach, negotiation techniques, communication skills, teamwork skills, etc
- Articulate academic and professional visions, combining theoretical concepts with practical realities ;
- Develop comprehensive expertise in project management, innovation management and change management.

This specialization offers innovative training-action, with a "problem-based learning" pedagogical approach based on intensive immersion in the corporate world (3 weeks per month during the second year of the Master's program).
This first real professional experience gives students close contact with high-level corporate executives and managers.
