HEC Liège kindly invites you to attend the Research Day in Accounting on Friday March 29, 2024.
The aim of this one-day workshop is to provide accounting scholars a platform to share and discuss recent research. The conference is open for academic research in all areas of accounting, including auditing, financial reporting, tax accounting, and management accounting and control. We especially welcome contributions by PhD students. Master students in accounting and practitioners are also welcome to attend the conference.
You can register for this event starting February 16, 2024. The registration fee of €75 includes breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch. The deadline for registration is March 8, 2024. Authors can submit their updated full-length papers in electronic format to ard2024@uliege.be before March 7, 2024.
Reviewers and registered participants will be granted access to the papers starting March 8, 2024.

HEC Liège is close to the Liège-Guillemins (Calatrava) railway station (1.5km - Google itinerary) and the Liège-Carré railway station (0.5km). At 8:30, someone of the organizing committee will pick you up to “Walk to HEC Liège” at the steps of the Liège-Guillemins railway station.
The main building of HEC Liège can be reached from the Liège-Guillemins station by several lines of buses. It is advisable, however, to purchase a ticket beforehand through the e-shop of TEC or their app:
From bus stop A, take bus No.1 (direction “Opéra”) until bus stop “Rue Darchis”. Then walk for 5 minutes (500 m) along the Rue Darchis to reach the HEC Main building (N1 building).
From bus stop A, can take bus No. 25/48 (direction “Opéra”) until bus stop “Pont d’Avroy”. Then walking for 8 minutes (600 m) along the Rue Saint-Gilles to reach the HEC Main building (N1 building).
From bus stop E, take bus no. 20 (direction “Darchis”) until bus stop “Rue Fusch”. Then walk for 3 minutes (350 m) along the Rue Louvrex to reach the HEC Main building (N1 building).
The entrance is located at Rue Louvrex 14, alternatively you can enter through Rue Saint-Gilles 173 (one-way street).
