Master in Economics
Objectives
- Climate change, globalization, inequality, digitalization,... Many of the major societal challenges of the 21st century are economic in nature. The study of economics will allow you to reveal the logic behind them, to better understand them and to develop solutions.
- Teach the quantitative toolkit for analyzing modern market economies. Economists take an evidence-based and empirical approach to diagnosing problems and designing remedies and solutions. With digitization and big data, much more data is available and economics is now an essentially empirical field. Economists formulate theories that they can test and make policy recommendations based on evidence.
