Objectives


Today, more than ever, numerous studies underline the criticality of organizational and human challenges within companies. In today's world, managers are increasingly expected not only to understand the social complexity of a company, but also to develop a management style that respects the individuals with whom they work. Thus, many fundamental issues, such as new organizational modes, telecommuting management, social dialogue, rising turnover and absenteeism rates, new management styles, underline the importance of social dynamics in organizations. Today's job market values graduates who are able to understand and act on the most critical resource of any organization - people.

This program therefore focuses on :

  • The management of social dynamics within organizations, including talent management, diversity and sustainability policies at work, professional career paths, corporate culture and related practices (attraction, retention, loyalty, social dialogue, commitment and well-being at work, etc.)
  • Changes in organization, management and working practices (agile management, people management, telecommuting, New Ways of Working, etc.)
  • The management of organizational, technological and strategic change, examined from the perspective of human and managerial issues.

The "MODS" program is aimed at future Masters students in Management who are particularly interested in social and managerial dynamics, and in the human dimension of management. It aims to train people capable of supporting the human and managerial components of organizational transformation projects.

Skills acquired on completion of the specialization

  • Know-how: carry out in-depth organizational diagnoses; manage social and collective relations within the company; support transformation projects; practice negotiation and project-based work;
  • Soft skills: becoming a humanistic and empathetic manager, sensitive to diversity, controversy and power games, capable of aligning the interests of stakeholders in organizations;
  • Decision-making skills: making ethical managerial decisions that care for people and their well-being.

On completion of this Master's degree, students will be able to:


  • Carry out holistic organizational diagnoses;
  • Analyze and evaluate the human dimension of managerial practices and policies;
  • Support and implement change projects, with particular attention to their impact on social dynamics;
  • Be involved in strategic projects linked to social dynamics in organizations (absenteeism, turnover, well-being at work, retention and loyalty, skills development, career management, etc.)
  • Understand transformations in the labor and employment markets, as well as new forms of organization and work;
  • Establish links and create interactions between strategic, managerial and human aspects of organizational change processes.

This training enables you to work:

  • in strategic functions linked to the management of organizational transformations and change projects ;
  • as a senior manager in all support and operational functions, and in particular as a talent manager, labor relations manager, HR manager, etc. ;
  • as an organizational consultant or speaker;
  • as an expert in a study or research center, in both the public and private sectors.
